celery, zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers(green, red,doesn't matter),raisins,dates,cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast, nori seaweed, sunflower seeds,sesame seeds,garlic cloves, sea salt, braggs, sesame oil(raw may be hard to find, so just use regular)

form mixture into patties and place into dehydrator set at 105, don't forget to use the teflon sheet. they take10 -12 hours,maybe longer depending on how wet your mixture is and it is a good idea to flip them after 6hrs or so

caesar salad
1 head romaine lettuce
caesar dressing(duh)
parmesan cheese
veggie bacon(morning star)
red onion
black pepper
use ingredients to your taste...

5 cups unbleached flour
2tbls sugar(preferably raw)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 -2 packs rapid rise yeast
optional garlic/oregano
2tbls oil
1 1/2 cups warm water
mozzarella cheese
tomato sauce
preheat oven to 400
mix dry ingredients
add water until soft ball of dough forms
knead for a few minutes, cover let rise
seperate into 2 balls, let rise again
roll out dough, place on pizza pan(poke with a fork to allow air to escape)
add sauce, cheese, toppings(morning star veggie bacon,tofurkey italian sausage,veggies)
bake 7-10 min until cheese bubbles and crust is brown enjoy
