raw patties

celery, zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers(green, red, doesn't matter),raisins, dates, cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast, nori seaweed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, garlic cloves, sea salt, braggs, sesame oil(raw may be hard to find, so just use regular)

use these ingredients in any amount you want, place in food processor, just remember that the veggies tend to be watery, the mushrooms and nuts tend to be mealy which helps hold things together and the raisins and dates really provide a good bind and texture to the mix.  raw nori doesn't break up well so you may end up chopping by hand or you can buy seaweed in flakes.  also it is best to chop up the dates prior to placing in escrow i mean the processor...and just a tablespoon or so of sesame oil...soaking nuts for about ten hours gives them a smoother consistency but isn't really necessary for this recipe.  don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients

form mixture into patties and place into dehydrator set at 105, don't forget to use the teflon sheet. they take10 -12 hours, maybe longer depending on how wet your mixture is and it is a good idea to flip them after 6hrs or so
